How do I choose the right yoga studio?
Blair B asked:
I’ve recently become interested in trying yoga. I’m young and enrolled in school therefore I do have some stresses. I’d really love a place to get away to that relieves my mind. I don’t want to pay a whole lot for the classes. I do want to be in a safe environment with a well educated instructor.
Do you have and tips on how to choose the right studio? Is there a certain degree I should make sure the instructor has? What about cleanliness of the studio? Materials? I want to know everything.
Also, is there anything I need when going to the class? Certain clothing or shoes I should wear?
Thanks

Go to google maps or city search to read the reviews they have, read all of the bad ones. Then go on their website to see if they have trials. You can start yoga by going to gyms as well. Sports gym yoga and yoga studios are different, I must say. You can just do all trials and find the one matches you.
Famous and well-educated do not mean it is good for you.
