How many times i week should i excersice and what do you think about my weight loss?

I been working out seriously, for the past seven weeks, i lost about nine pounds. i execersice about 6 or 7 tiems a week, i do kickboxing and yoga i was expectiong to lose more by now, however my kickboxking instructor said that i should excersice lesss and give my body time to recover… more like tops 5 days week… what is the best way of training to lose weight? and is possible that i also gaing some musle?,

Authorities will tell you that it is best to lose only 1-3 pounds per week. It is much easier to keep it off when you lose a small amount. You are doing great - keep it up! And muscle does weigh more than fat so you may look smaller, but weight the same.
I think you should alternate, do a hard workout one day then do JUST FAST WALKING the next day, this is what happened to me, I was working out too much and yes your body needs time to recover. You have to regulate your metabolism so you aren’t burning too much too fast and you will plateau, but brisk walking will help your body regulate. You can also alternate by working out hard on the top body area, then walking next day, then bottom body area, etc. My personal trainer was really good and everything she said turned out to be true. I was inhaling food all the time and never satiated, because I was working out too much. It sounds like you won’t have a problem and you’re so lucky you have the time/energy/motivation, keep it up!
you should have a healthy diet and i think u should exersise daily but not for a very long time and not too harsh in ur self
like walk for an hour or half an hour every day ad if u ate good stuff for ur self then this will help u loss more weight
I think your trainer is right about the 5 days a week of working out because if you over train yourself then you might hurt something or pull something. If you’re just trying to lose weight then you should try looking into fitness magazines, fitness books, or just find a good enough website on Google.
Also be sure that you’re eating healthy and enough of it.
