How do I tone my thighs?

its so annoying. im pretty skinny but m thighs are huge which makes me look big on the lower area. please help what should i do. ppl keep insisting yoga & cardio. i tried. yoga its hard like the instructor does the routines really fast and she does things that requires alot of flexibility. also for cardio the person does it like super fast, she does over once and then all of a sudden shes like are yu ready and she does so fast i dont think anyone can keep up. what should i do????? also additional info. how do i loose weight cus i noe one or two ppl is going to say yu need to loose weight and that i cant jus tone one area.

Deep lunges with hand weights
You can do squats, squats aim right for the thighs, they really work! you should do 4 sets of 15 everyday, and make sure that when your doing squats your back is straight.
You don’t need to worry about those thighs.
Some guys are just crazy for that kinda figure.
